Natural Baby Clothing is delighted to assist with returns. Please review our returns policy carefully:
- Orders placed within 30 days.
- Products must be unused and undamaged.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- Free gifts included with your order are not eligible for return.
How Returns Work
We’re here to make returns as easy and worry-free as possible, ensuring every step is smooth for you.
- Contact our customer service or email us (mike@newsoon.com) to request a return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Shipping Label.
- Pack the product securely and attach the return label.
- Please send your return package to our designated address: 415 Avon Ave, Newark, NJ 07108, USA
- Once we receive and inspect your returned products, refunds will be processed within 2–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
