  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Free gifts included with your order cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I request a return or exchange?

We’re here to make returns and exchanges as easy and worry-free as possible. Please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service or email us at sales013@newsoon.com to request a return or exchange.
  • Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a Return Shipping Label. For exchanges, we’ll also confirm the requested item is in stock and arrange shipment of the new item.
  • Pack the product securely and attach the return label.

  • After we inspect your returned or exchanged items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

Our organic cotton is pure and natural. The cotton is grown on land that has undergone a three-year organic conversion period, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Hand-picking ensures the cotton remains intact and pristine. During processing, no chemical dyes are used, preserving the cotton’s most natural colors—white, green, and brown. Blending these natural shades creates even more gentle tones, providing safe and comfortable fabrics for your baby’s sensitive skin.

We also use Pima cotton from the United States and Peru, certified by Supima®. We are committed to delivering high-quality, soft, and skin-friendly cotton products that are as natural and safe as possible for your little ones.

What is organic colored cotton?

Organic colored cotton is grown to preserve the pure, natural colors of the cotton fibers, such as white, green, and brown. By avoiding chemical dyes, we maintain the cotton’s natural softness, reduce the impact on the environment, and minimize exposure to chemicals. This ensures that your baby’s clothing is safe, gentle, and free from unnecessary chemical additives, making it perfect for sensitive skin.
